Access to Sage MAS 90 · MAS 200 telephone support is a critical tool for many accounting departments, especially when deadlines must be met.  Our support includes answering software and hardware questions, expanding data files, fixing program bugs, and rendering upgrade recommendations.  Staffing multiple programmers with no duties beyond responding to your calls allows us to have a quick response time to your calls.  Many times we can fix your problems by dialing into your computer.  The Champ Systems Help Desk is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm (PST), excluding holidays.  Support can be made available outside normal Hotline hours and holidays.

NEEDS ANALYSIS

Choosing a the right software can be a grueling task, especially if one does not have all the technical knowledge of the computer industry.  Our consultants understand how the various types of industries operate and can easily recommend a solution for you.  Because each business is unique, we can show you the benefits of custom programming.   For over 20 years we have recommended solutions to businesses nationwide. 

SALES & IMPLEMENTATION

Once you choose a software package, we can quickly move into the sale and implementation of the product.  One of our consultants will come on-site to install your accounting system on the server and necessary workstations.

DATA CONVERSION

If you are switching your current accounting system to Sage MAS 90 · MAS 200, we may be able to convert your data electronically into the Sage MAS 90 database.  Champ Systems is a certified Peachtree · Sage MAS 90 Conversion Specialist.

SUPPORT

If you anticipate using our Hotline a great deal over the course of a year, then you can benefit from a Software Support Agreement.   A Software Support Agreement provides telephone support and consultation for resolution of problems for up to 30 minutes.  Support in excess of 30 minutes is billed, in its entirety, at our standard hourly rate.  With years of troubleshooting experience, we resolve most calls within 30 minutes - especially for new users.  To find out more about Software Support Agreements or to sign up, please contact us at (888) 424-4066.

TRAINING

Attending our training classes is the best way to learn the functionality of the Sage MAS 90 · MAS 200 software package.  We offer full-day training classes for each of the core Sage MAS 90 · MAS 200 modules, including Crystal Reports.  Classes for our custom enhancements are also available.

Each class is a full-day session, starting at 9:00 am and ending by 4:00 pm.  The classes are held at our training facilities in Sacramento.  Each person enrolled is assigned their own HP workstation and provided with a workbook.  Lunch is included.  Learn more about Training.

CUSTOM PROGRAMMING

 

Not every software program is made to fit your specific business needs.  However, our programmers at Champ Systems can design and create solutions to meet your unique requirements.  This may include major or minor changes to your existing software and new applications that will integrate smoothly into your current programs.  As a Master Developer for Sage Software, we have access to source code and can tailor your system to your business.  See our current enhancements.
