The MAPADOC EDI mapping utility allows you to create your own EDI mapping without having to change the source code to do so. MAPADOC also enables you to make EDI mapping changes, integrate with your existing Sage MAS 90 · Sage MAS 200 custom development work, and most importantly, manage your EDI costs. With our unique MAPADOC mapping tools, you can take charge of your EDI, providing you a level of independence and saving you time and money. "Loftware" (a third party generic label software) is totally integrated with the ASN module enabling the end user to create and/or change UCC-128 and product labels. Pricing can be verified against all available Sage MAS 90 · Sage MAS 200 pricing features such as customer specific or quantity pricing as well as provide the choice of using the Purchase Order price. Provides the ability to convert in and out of date and telephone number formats; you can replace values, calculate numbers, or strip spaces. Mapping allows you to place text in front of fields being mapped. Supports unlimited trading partners with no additional cost or programming. Accommodates Purchase Orders containing multiple ship-to locations. Provides single bill-to for all ship-to locations, or separate bill-to for each ship-to location. Ability to share, copy or merge all cross-reference lists. Full cross-referencing including inventory item, unit of measure, ship via, ship to, as well as user defined cross-referencing. Cross Reference lists can be accessed by any map so there is no need to create multiple cross references for Inventory UPC numbers and the list can be shared by all trading partners. Crystal Reports and Report Master MAPADOC data dictionaries are integrated with Crystal Reports and Sage MAS 90 · Sage MAS 200 Report Master making it easy to generate EDI reports. Invoices can be automatically generated from ASN data or by using the Auto Generate Invoice feature in Sage MAS 90 · Sage MAS 200 when integrated with Radio Beacon. Or you can recreate the invoice using invoice history without the possibility of user error. You can also key invoices manually via the translator if needed. Purchase Order line numbers can be retained for inclusion on outbound invoices or other documents requiring this information. Extensive audit reporting flexibility puts you in control of exception alerts. Complete warehouse integration documents for either public warehouse facility or company warehouse facility. MAPADOC is fully functional with sales kits or bill of materials kits may be pulled from stock or as items. Automated UPC codes are generated and UPC code tracking. NRF codes are also stored. Document archiving re-creation features are provided. True Scan/Pac environment with Radio Beacon warehouse management solution.
