To sign up for one of our training classes please complete the registration form below.  Please sign up at least 5 business days before each class.  Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum attendance is not met.

Class fees are due and payable at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the student must notify our office at least 5 business days prior to the class date.  You may reschedule the class with no loss of tuition at that time.  Cancellation within four business days will result in forfeiture of the student's entire tuition amount.
Champ Systems reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason.  If Champ Systems must cancel a class, the registrant may request a full refund or apply the registration fee to another class.
