California DE6 Magnetic Media

This enhancement allows the user to conform to the recent California requirements for DE6 reporting on magnetic media. (Assembly Bill 3086 effective January 1, 1995 requires employers to make their report of contributions and wages by magnetic media if the employer is required to report W-2 data to the Federal Government by magnetic media.)

OPERATION:

The format of the program is very similar to the Sage MAS 90 · MAS 200 Federal Magnetic Media Reporting program, with additional input fields for the "Payment Quarter," "Wage Plan" and "Employee Count" for each month in the quarter. The file that is generated has been approved by the State of California Employment Development Department. This enhancement requires the Sage Software Magnetic Media module.
