The Sage Abra Suite MAS 90 Interface delivers seamless integration between HR and accounting functions.  Built on the flexible, open architecture of the Abra Suite product line, Sage Software's Abra Suite MAS 90 Interface offers users high-level information sharing, increased data accuracy and reduced duplication.

Abra Suite MAS 90 Interface Capabilities

The Abra Suite MAS 90 Interface facilitates and simplifies the workflow between your HR and accounting departments.  It allows you to quickly and easily exchange data between Abra Human Resources and your MAS 90 Payroll system, saving time and eliminating the hassles that often accompany duplicative data entry.

Set up Employee Information Easily

You can easily set up employee information on your new system, whether you're a new MAS 90 or Abra Suite user.  The interface includes utilities for copying existing employee information from one system to the other:

• MAS 90 to Abra Suite Employee Load - Automatically create and update employee lists in Abra HR from existing employee records maintained in MAS 90.

• Abra Suite to MAS 90 Employee Transfer - This utility creates and updates employees in MAS 90 from HR records maintained in Abra Suite.  It transfers basic employee data, as well as information about insurance and benefit plans, from Abra Suite to MAS 90.

Manage Employee Attendance Plans with Abra Attendance®

The Abra Suite MAS 90 Interface can also manage attendance transactions.  This option allows you to capture employee absences in MAS 90 and send them to Sage Abra Attendance for tracking with the MAS 90 to Abra Attendance Data Transfer Program:

• MAS 90 to Abra Attendance Data Transfer - This function reads the file created during the MAS 90 Check Register Update and writes appropriate data into Abra Attendance, creating attendance transactions.

• Track up to eight absence pay types - Define numerous absence pay types, such as vacation, sick time and holiday pay, in MAS 90 and map them to Abra Suite's absence reason codes.

Automated Data Transfer, Information Sharing, Flexible Configurations, and More

The Abra Suite MAS 90 Interface also offers the ability to:

• Transfer your data at the click of a button - Information is automatically transferred via ODBC connections for direct databases reads/writes between systems.

• Detect and correct missing information or errors before data transfer - With built-in audit reports, you can correct any omissions or errors before data is transferred, ensuring that data in both systems is in-synch and up-to-date.

• Automatically share Abra HR information with MAS 90 Payroll - Once information is entered, you will not need to re-key it.  You can input and manage employee compensation, personal and dependent information in Abra HR, and share the data with MAS 90 Payroll.

• Maintain different naming conventions - The Abra Suite MAS 90 interface includes a cross-reference maintenance utility so you can maintain different data naming conventions for codes in Abra Suite and MAS 90, if desired:
